The key is rehearsal and committing to

Believe me, I was once a person who did not love herself.
I am becoming/loving every day.
I wear my white belt when I practice,
reminding myself to learn, unlearn, and learn again.

SOUL DANCE.
Dancing is part of healing. It is a way to reconnect with the body through movement.
Through my first steps as a ballet dancer, my Caribbean culture, and the wisdom of my African ancestors, dance allows me to embody my feminine energy, experience joy, and simply live.
This is not about becoming a professional dancer.
It is an invitation to move with the music and with the love you hold for your body.

I am passionate almost a little "crazy"
to share the joy of dance.

My session is unique. I do not follow a "protocol" because energy is moving and needs to be understood and approached according to what your energy tells me.
