reminding myself to learn, unlearn, and learn again.

Dancing is part of healing. It is a way to reconnect with the body through movement.
Through my first steps as a ballet dancer, my Caribbean culture, and the wisdom of my African ancestors, dance allows me to embody my feminine energy, experience joy, and simply live.
This is not about becoming a professional dancer.
It is an invitation to move with the music and with the love you hold for your body.

Your body speaks to me and I can travel across your trigger points in order to unblock them.
I focus on the energy points and the energy flow of your body.
